Steve Marsh – from Training Operator to Instructors’ Trainer

His chosen route was Fork Lift Operation and during his stay Steve achieved his R.T.I.T.B accredited Basic Operator Licence for both Counterbalance and Reach Trucks.

During his training and when on work placement Steve showed his aptitude as a fork lift operator and equally importantly his attitude to work and learning was always positive.

Crosshands Training Ltd were looking to increase training staff at their fork lift training centre and Steve became a work placement with the company. He passed his R.T.I.T.B. instructor course at the first attempt and in February 2005 was employed as a Fork lift Instructor.

Some 18 months late Steve is now the senior Fork Lift Instructor and Supervisor with Crosshands Training Ltd and instructs on all types of lift truck and carries out instructor training.
