Traineeship – Engagement

 

Overview

The “Traineeship Engagement” would involve your participation and sustained involvement in an activity. The kind of activity you become engaged in can be almost anything – sports, the arts, music, volunteer work, politics, social activism – and it can occur in almost any kind of setting. Youth engagement aims to develop you as an individual and help maximise your potential.

Entry Requirements

You are eligible if you are aged 16-18, have left school but you have not yet found a job and are not involved in any other training.

Additional Information

  • Training Duration: up to 6 months
  • Attendance: 21 hours per week

You make an agreement with us to complete your personal programme, and in return, you’ll get regular support from your personal Learning Assistant to help develop your skills, confidence and career prospects.
